Davey Homes owns and manages a portfolio of carefully maintained apartment buildings and beautifully restored historic single-family houses located in safe, desirable neighborhoods near the University of Notre Dame, Saint Mary's College, Memorial Hospital, and downtown South Bend. Each property is updated with modern features while preserving the character that makes these buildings and homes unique. Our goal is to provide residents with comfortable, well-maintained homes in locations that make everyday living convenient.

Matt & Christina Davey
Founders & Co-Owners
Matt first developed a strong connection to South Bend while earning his B.B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame in 2005. After graduating, he went on to earn a J.D./M.B.A. and later founded the corporate law firm Lex Concordia, PLLC. Like many Notre Dame alumni, Matt has remained closely connected to the university and the South Bend community, which eventually led him and Christina to establish Davey Homes.
Christina is a licensed attorney who works in the insurance industry, where she insures some of the most prestigious condominium communities in Florida — from Palm Beach to Miami. Her experience and meticulous attention to detail ensure that our properties are well cared for and that residents receive attentive, personalized service.
